
INGREDIENTS
2 bone-in, skinless chicken breasts (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
1 medium onion, chopped (1 cup)
2 medium carrots, sliced (about 3/4 cup)
2 ribs celery, sliced (about 1-1/4 cups)
2 LINZ® Chicken Bouillon Cubes, crumbled
1 bay leaf
4 cups water
1-1/2 cups egg noodles (2 oz.)

PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients except noodles in 3 1/2 - 4qt. slow cooker.
Cook 4 hours at high or 8 hours at low until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
Remove chicken and set aside. Add noodles to slow cooker and cook covered at high 30 minutes or until noodles are tender.
Shred chicken and stir into soup. Remove bay leaf.
